Okay, here is my sharing about playing a volleyball game on Xbox One:

So, I got this Xbox One a while back, you know, just to kill some time. And I’ve always been a fan of sports games. Figured I’d try out a volleyball game since I used to play a bit in high school. Not a pro or anything, just some casual games with friends.
I searched around the Xbox store, and there are not many options, really. Found one that looked decent, called “Volleyball Fever” or something like that. It was not a AAA title, looked kinda indie, but hey, I just wanted to spike some virtual balls, you know?
Downloaded it, fired it up. The graphics were okay, nothing to write home about, but not terrible either. The controls took a bit of getting used to. It’s not like your usual sports games where you have tons of buttons to press. This one was more about timing and positioning. You move your player with the left stick, and then there are buttons for serving, setting, spiking, and blocking. Simple enough, right?
- Serving was easy, just press A and aim.
- Setting was a bit trickier, gotta time it right so your teammate can spike.
- Spiking was the most fun, obviously. You jump and smash the ball, feels good when you get it right.
- Blocking was the hardest for me. You have to position yourself well and time your jump perfectly to stop the other team’s spike.
Played a few matches against the AI. Started on easy mode, naturally. Got the hang of it pretty quickly, won some, lost some. Then I bumped it up to medium difficulty. That’s where things got a bit more challenging. The AI became more aggressive, their spikes were harder to block, and they were setting up plays more often. Still, I managed to win a few matches, felt pretty good about myself.
There’s also a multiplayer mode, but I haven’t tried that yet. Maybe I’ll find some friends to play with online. Or maybe not, I’m not that competitive, haha.
Overall, it was a fun experience. It’s not the best game ever, but it scratched that volleyball itch I had. If you’re looking for a casual sports game to play on your Xbox One, and you’re into volleyball, you might give this one a try. Just don’t expect anything too fancy.

Things I Liked:
- Simple and easy-to-learn controls.
- Satisfying to pull off a good spike.
- Decent way to kill some time.
Things I Didn’t Like:
- Graphics could be better.
- Not many game modes.
- Blocking is a bit too difficult.
Anyway, that’s my little adventure with this volleyball game on Xbox One. Might play it again sometime, or maybe I’ll try to find a better one. Who knows? That’s all for now, folks!
