Okay, so today I wanted to try out the Intimus Sport pads. I’ve been seeing them around and figured, why not? I’m always on the lookout for something that works well when I’m active, you know, running around, working out, that kind of stuff.

Getting Started
First things first, I picked up a pack at the store. Pretty standard packaging, nothing too crazy. I noticed they were specifically labeled “Sport,” so I was hoping they’d be extra secure and comfortable.
The Experiment
- I put one on in the morning before heading out for a jog. My initial thought was that it felt pretty thin, which is good for not feeling bulky.
- During my run, I paid attention to how it felt. Did it stay in place? Was it comfortable? Did I feel, well, secure?
- I made sure to keep one on for work and I was walking around a lot.
- Later that day, I did a quick workout at home – some jumping jacks, squats, the usual. Just to really put it to the test.
How Did It Hold Up?
Honestly, it was pretty good! I didn’t experience any major shifting or bunching, which is a huge win. I felt like I could move freely without worrying too much. The thinness was definitely a plus, it didn’t feel like I was wearing a diaper or anything.
And it absorbed well! So, I think the “Sport” label is pretty accurate.
I’ll probably keep using these, especially on days when I know I’ll be moving around a lot.
It is very comfortable and suitable for exercise.
