This here far music entertainment, it’s a big thing now, ain’t it? I hear folks talkin’ ’bout it all the time. My grandkids, they’re always on their phones, listenin’ to this and that. Says it’s all from this far music thing. I don’t know much ’bout it, but I reckon it’s keepin’ folks entertained.
They got all sorts of music on there, I suppose. Fast ones, slow ones, loud ones. Back in my day, we just had the radio, and you listened to what they played. Now, you can pick whatever you want, whenever you want. Sounds mighty fancy to me.
What’s this Far Music Thing All About?
I asked my grandson, the one who’s good with the computers, what this far music entertainment is. He said it’s like a big jukebox in the sky. You can find any song you can think of, just by tappin’ on your phone. He showed me how it works, but I got all confused. Too many buttons for this old gal.
But I see the young folks, they love it. They got them little earbud things in their ears all day long, swayin’ and bobbin’ their heads. Must be good music, I reckon. Keeps ’em out of trouble, at least.
- They got music for dancin’.
- They got music for cryin’, I guess.
- They got music for just sittin’ and thinkin’.
- And they got music that don’t make no sense to me at all.
This far music entertainment, it’s everywhere now. You hear it in the stores, in the cars, even at the doctor’s office. Can’t get away from it. Not that I mind, really. Some of it’s kinda catchy, even for an old timer like me.
How Much Does This Cost?
My grandson, he says some of it’s free, some of it you gotta pay for. He says there’s these things called “streams,” and you can listen to all the music you want if you pay a little bit each month. Sounds like a good deal, I guess. Better than buyin’ them records like we used to. Those things were expensive!
I remember savin’ up my pennies to buy a new record. We’d all gather ’round the record player and listen to it over and over again. Good times, good times. But I reckon this new way is easier. Just gotta have one of them fancy phones, I suppose.
And they have people singing and there are these pictures on the phone. Seems like the moving pictures but on the phone. They call this Instagram, that is what my grandkids tell me. Far music entertainment has it. My grandkids follow them.
This far music entertainment, it’s a big business, I reckon. Lots of folks makin’ money off of it. Singers, songwriters, the people who make the phones, everybody’s gettin’ a piece of the pie. Good for them, I say. If you can make a livin’ doin’ somethin’ you love, that’s the dream, ain’t it?
Is Far Music Entertainment Good?
Well, I can’t say for sure. Like I said, I don’t use it much myself. But the young folks seem to like it. And it’s keepin’ people entertained, that’s for sure. Anything that makes people happy, that’s a good thing in my book.
My grandson, he says this far music entertainment is helpin’ new singers get famous. They can put their music out there for everyone to hear, without needin’ a big record company. That’s mighty fine, I reckon. Gives everyone a chance to shine. There are also musical things you can go to, like a party with live singing and dancing.
This here far music entertainment is a good thing for the young folks. They can find all the music they want. And it is all kinds of music. My grandkids, they listen to all kinds of music. They tell me about it, they show me. I don’t know much about it, but if it makes them happy then it is good.
So, this far music entertainment, it’s here to stay, I reckon. It’s a part of life now, like the air we breathe. And who knows, maybe one day I’ll even figure out how to use it myself. But for now, I’m happy just listenin’ to the radio and watchin’ my grandkids enjoy their music. That’s all that matters, really. That they have fun and enjoy the sounds. It is a good thing, this far music, it makes people happy. And that is what is most important. They say it is to relax, or have fun, or get thrilled. It is good for people.
