So, the other day I was scrolling through my phone, looking for a place to grab a bite and watch the game, and I stumbled upon this spot called D’Ann’s Sports & Entertainment Restaurant. Sounded promising, right? Sports, food, entertainment – what more could you ask for?

First things first, I did a quick search to see what this place was all about. Turns out, it’s located at 340 Centre Ave in Abington. Apparently, they serve up American and Italian cuisine, which is a pretty wide range, but hey, I’m not picky.
Next, I tried to find their menu online. I mean, who goes to a restaurant blind these days, right? Found a few sites listing their menu, and it looked decent. Lots of options, from appetizers to main courses, and it all seemed pretty standard for a sports bar. Nothing too fancy, but that’s fine by me.
Then I checked out some reviews and photos. Gotta see what other people are saying, you know? The reviews were a mixed bag, some folks loved it, others not so much. But the photos looked good – your typical sports bar setup, with TVs everywhere, a bar area, and tables scattered around. Looks like they had Wi-Fi, and delivery was an option too, according to some info from Tripadvisor. I mean, it is kind of a must for a sports bar restaurant.
After gathering all this intel, I decided to give it a shot. I grabbed a couple of buddies, and we headed over to D’Ann’s. When we got there, it was pretty much what I expected from the pictures. A lively atmosphere, with people chatting, eating, and watching sports on the screens.
We got seated, and a server came over to take our orders. The menu had all the usual suspects – burgers, wings, pizza, pasta, you name it. We ordered a bunch of stuff to share, a little bit of everything, and then just kicked back and enjoyed the game.
The Experience
The food arrived after a bit, and it was… alright. Nothing to write home about, but it filled us up. We had some wings, which were okay, a pizza that was decent, and some other snacks. The drinks were fine, your standard beer and soda selection. The service was okay, too. The server was friendly enough, and they brought us what we needed, so no complaints there.

- Food: Average, nothing special, but not bad.
- Drinks: Standard sports bar selection.
- Service: Friendly and efficient.
- Atmosphere: Lively, lots of TVs, good for watching games.
We ended up staying for a few hours, watching the game, chatting, and just hanging out. It was a good time overall. Would I go back to D’Ann’s? Maybe. It’s not the best sports bar I’ve ever been to, but it’s not the worst either. It’s a solid option if you’re in the area and looking for a place to catch a game and grab some grub. Just don’t expect anything too fancy or out of the ordinary.
