I started my “sport branca” journey a few weeks ago. I felt so weak and tired, so I wanted to try to get stronger. I remember seeing somewhere that exercise can make you feel better, so I thought, why not give it a shot?

I started with brisk walking. Man, it was tough at first! I could barely walk for 15 minutes without feeling like I was going to collapse. I felt so tired, and my legs were so sore. But I didn’t give up. I kept walking every day, even when I really didn’t want to. Then I pushed myself a little harder each time.
- First week: 15-minute walk
- Second week: 20-minute walk
- Third week: 25-minute walk
Then, I added some running. This was a whole other level of difficulty! It felt like my lungs were on fire. My heart was beating so fast. But, again, I kept at it. Slowly but surely, I started to run for longer periods.
- First attempt: 1 minute of running, 2 minutes of walking, repeat
- Second attempt: 2 minutes of running, 1 minute of walking, repeat
- Now: I can run for a solid 10 minutes without stopping!
After that, I tried cycling. I borrowed a bike from my friend and started cycling around the park. It was so much fun! Feeling the wind in my hair, and it was a great workout for my legs.
I also tried swimming a couple of times. It was tough, I can swim, but not long distances. It was a nice change of pace, though. It felt good to work out without putting too much stress on my joints.
The Results
You know what? It’s actually working! I feel so much stronger now. I have way more energy than before. I’m not as tired all the time. I can do more things without getting worn out. My muscles feel stronger. Even my mood is better. I feel happier and more positive.
This whole “sport branca” thing has been a real eye-opener. I never thought I could feel this good just from exercising. I’m so glad I started this journey, and I’m excited to see how much more I can improve. I will keep going. I will keep pushing. And I will keep getting stronger.
