Okay, so, I wanted to catch some volleyball action online, and I heard about this thing called the NIKE Daytona Beach 100. Sounded pretty cool, right? So, I started digging around to see where I could watch it.
First, I checked out this site called BallerTV. Apparently, they had livestreams and replays of the 2022 tournament. That seemed promising. They even talked about features like highlights, game downloads, and stats. Pretty neat, but I wanted to see what else was out there.
Then, I stumbled upon something about streaming volleyball on all sorts of devices. It mentioned some Italian league, but that wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. I was more interested in the Daytona Beach scene.
I saw a post from a team that was actually playing in a tournament in Daytona. They were like, “Hey, if you can’t make it, watch our livestream at 2 pm and 4 pm!” I thought, “Cool, maybe I can catch their games.”
- AVP (Association of Volleyball Professionals) seems to be a big deal. For the 2023 season, they were going to be on ESPN+ and Bally Live, with the finals on the ESPN Network. That’s some major coverage!
- I found some clips from a club called BSN Beachwave, and they had coverage of the Daytona Beach NIKE 100. There was this one video of the Beachwave 15 Elite final game. Looked intense!
- There’s this thing called Volleyball World TV (VBTV). It’s like a streaming service just for volleyball, with tons of live and on-demand stuff. They said they have over 4,000 live matches a year. That’s a lot of volleyball!
- Apparently, almost 300 teams competed at the 2021 Nike Daytona Beach 100. That’s a huge tournament.
Here’s what I found out about watching volleyball online:
So, after all this digging, I realized there are actually a bunch of ways to watch volleyball online, whether it’s beach or indoor. I ended up checking out some of those VBTV streams, and I gotta say, it was pretty awesome. I even watched some highlights from that Beachwave team’s final game. Talk about a nail-biter! It’s crazy how much volleyball action is out there if you just know where to look.
