Okay, so today I dug into “beach volleyball game 18.” I’ve been meaning to check out some new sports games, and this one popped up on my radar. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but I figured, why not?

First, I found the game. That took a little bit of searching since it’s not one of the super popular titles. Once I got it downloaded and installed, I jumped right in.
Getting Started
The initial menu was pretty basic. You know, the usual options: quick match, career mode, some tutorials. I decided to hit up the tutorial first, just to get a feel for the controls.
The tutorial walked me through the basics – serving, bumping, setting, spiking. It was alright, nothing fancy, but it gave me enough to get started. The controls felt a little clunky at first, but I figured I’d get used to them.
My First Match
- I went straight into a quick match. Chose some random teams, picked a sunny beach setting, and got playing.
- First impression: the graphics were… okay. Definitely not cutting-edge, but they did the job. The sand looked like sand, the players looked like players, and the ocean was… well, blue.
- The gameplay itself was a bit of a mixed bag. The serving was easy enough – just a matter of timing a button press.
- Bumping and setting were also pretty straightforward. The game seemed pretty forgiving with the timing, which was nice for a beginner like me.
- Spiking was where things got a little tricky. The timing felt a bit off, and I kept sending the ball flying out of bounds. Took a while to get the hang of that.
Getting into the Groove
After a few matches, I started to get a better feel for things. I figured out the timing of the spikes a little better, and I even managed to pull off a few blocks. It was still pretty challenging, but I was definitely improving.
I played a few more quick matches, experimenting with different teams and locations. Some of the beach settings were actually pretty cool – playing volleyball with a sunset in the background was a nice touch.
Final Thoughts (For Now)
So, after spending a good chunk of time with “beach volleyball game 18,” what do I think? It’s… alright. It’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s a decent way to kill some time if you’re into volleyball. The controls take some getting used to, and the graphics aren’t amazing, but it’s playable. I’ll probably keep messing around with it, maybe try out the career mode at some point.

I am going to try it’s career mode some other day!
