Alright, so I was checking out what’s going on this weekend, you know, just browsing around for some live entertainment. I stumbled upon a few things and thought, why not make a day of it? So, I started digging a bit deeper into what was happening around town.
First off, I found this thing called “Enchanted: Disney Dance Night.” Sounds pretty fun, right? I mean, who doesn’t love a good Disney tune? I’m not the biggest Disney fanatic, but I figured it could be a good time. Plus, it’s a dance night, so I could get my groove on, which is always a plus. I marked that down as a maybe.
Then, I saw something called the “Palentine’s Day Party.” Now, I’m not sure exactly what that is, but it sounds like a Galentine’s Day thing, but maybe for everyone? I don’t know, but a party is a party, and I’m always up for a good time. It seemed like a good option to meet new people and just hang out. I added that to my list of possibilities as well.
After that, I came across the “SATX Plus Size Market.” It seems like a cool event for checking out some local vendors and maybe finding some unique stuff. It’s not really live entertainment in the traditional sense, but it still felt like a lively event. So I figured I could swing by and see what’s up. I put that on my list too.
Next up was “Wild Fest Over Texas.” Now, this one sounds interesting. I’m not exactly sure what it entails, but it’s got “wild” in the name, so it’s gotta be exciting, right? I love a good festival, and this one seems like it could be a hidden gem. It went straight onto my potential schedule.
And then, there’s the “School of Rock.” I saw there was a performance or something related to that. I’ve always loved the movie, and the idea of seeing something live related to it is pretty cool. I’m guessing it’s a musical or a concert of some sort. Definitely something I wanted to check out. That one went on my list for sure.
Narrowing It Down
So, after I gathered all these options, I started to think about what I really wanted to do. I weighed the pros and cons of each event. For instance, the Disney thing is cool, but I wasn’t sure if I was in the mood for that much Disney music. It might be a bit too much for me. On the other hand, the School of Rock thing seemed like a sure bet. I love the movie, and live music is always a good time.
I also considered the timing of each event. Some of them were during the day, others at night. I wanted to make sure I could fit everything in without rushing around too much. After all, it’s the weekend, and I want to relax and enjoy myself, not stress about getting from one place to another.
Making the Plan
After much deliberation, I decided to go with the School of Rock performance and the Wild Fest Over Texas. They seemed like the most exciting options, and they fit well into my schedule. I figured I could check out the Wild Fest during the day, maybe grab some food, and then head over to the School of Rock thing in the evening.
- Checked online event listings.
- Found a few potential events.
- Researched each event to learn more.
- Compared the events and considered my preferences.
- Finalized my plan and selected two events to attend.
So, that’s my plan for this weekend. I’m pretty excited about it. It’s always fun to check out live entertainment and see what’s going on in the city. Who knows, maybe I’ll discover something new and amazing. Either way, it’s sure to be a good time. I ended up not choosing the others, but maybe some other time, right?
Oh, and of course I bought the tickets online, in advance, it is safer.
I will update it after the weekend, stay tuned!
